Scope & Content Side One: Fred Metz tells a couple of stories; one about the Fourth of July in Flagstaff and another about Henrietta Dawson. Post offices and map of their locations are discussed along with how the mail was transported. The measurements for Devil's Kitchen and Devil's Dining Room are given. And the big snow of 1915-1916 is talked about.

Side Two: A mention of some of the old timers that have things named after them: Munds, Boynton, and Woods. The Soldier's Graves are mentioned. An author Captain Charles Cane who wrote about the area is mentioned. Howard Wingfield reads from log books of the store in Camp Verde, this is partially in Those Early Days starting on page 123.
